How to Calculate Hole Sheet Weight?
Formula:
Net Weight = (Total Sheet Area - Total Hole Area) × Thickness × Density
Example:
If a 1m x 1m Mild Steel sheet (Density 7850 kg/m³) has 1000 holes of 10mm diameter and 5mm thickness:
Net Weight ≈ 36.17 kg. (After removing holes)
